Incoming email and fax, matched to the case

MediCase uses AI to help get mail onto the right case and to summarize a document after it is filed. It does not diagnose, decide claims, or give clinical advice.

Capabilities

What AI does here — and what it does not

No smart task suggestions, missing-detail flags, or AI analytics dashboard. Intake plus filed-document summaries only.

01

Suggested case match

Incoming email and fax are read and matched to an existing case. High-confidence matches can link to that case and the nurse already assigned to it.

02

Person reviews uncertain matches

If the match is uncertain, a person chooses. You can reject a wrong match before anything is filed.

03

Attachments on the case

Attachments can be filed to the case for review. Open cases can land in a pending-review state when automatic filing is on.

04

Summary of a filed document

After a supported document is on the case, a case manager can generate a summary of that document — not of every raw inbox message.

05

AI abilities can be adjusted

The organization’s admin can adjust AI abilities. Internal admin roles are not discussed on the website.

06

Human in the loop

Intake matching is assistive. Clinical judgment stays with the case manager.

What MediCase AI will not do

  • No medical diagnosis
  • No automated claims decisions
  • No clinical advice
