Software written for a category, not a caseload
Generic tools force nurses to adapt their work to the product. MediCase started from statutory deadlines, unlabeled mail, and monthly status rebuilds.
MediCase exists to give workers’ compensation professionals operational control of their work, and a partner who stays involved after implementation.
These are the day-to-day pains that still drive the roadmap: missed follow-ups, scattered documents, and status that has to be rebuilt.

Case management fails in the exceptions. Support has to understand what a missed follow-up or rejected billing item costs a team.
If feedback from people running files is not the roadmap, the product drifts into features that look impressive and waste hours.
Our mission is to make workers’ compensation case management clearer, more accountable, and less administratively punishing. We build alongside the case managers who use the platform daily, and we treat their feedback as the roadmap.
MediCase started inside workers’ compensation case management. The people who shaped it had lived the reality of tracking statutory deadlines across spreadsheets, hunting for authorizations in email threads, and rebuilding the same client report every month. The platform is the answer to those specific problems, in that specific domain, not a general tool adapted after the fact.
Our team pairs workers’ compensation operational experience with product and security engineering. Support is handled by people who understand caseload work: you reach a human who knows what a missed follow-up or a rejected billing item actually costs you. Onboarding, configuration, and ongoing questions are treated as part of the product, not an upsell.
We do not position MediCase as an AI analytics platform, a general CRM, an employer portal, or a rehabilitation product. Those are not supported as separate offerings. The public AI story stays narrow: match incoming mail to the case, and summarize a filed document, with a person in the loop.
